Japan never produced its own MAD Magazine, but they did produce 5 books by 3 different publishers. Two paperback books published by K. Fujioka from Interpress in 1976. Japanese editions of Don Martin's MAD Adventures of Captain Klutz & Comes on Strong. 3000 copies of each were produced only 5% were sold and 95% were returned and destroyed, so only an estimated 150 copies of each may exist.
A two-Volume Compilation Set in 1979 & 1980 by TBS Britannica.
And a Dave Berg book in 1986 by Western Sales Publication.
